The Americans don't know how lucky they are. Fruit is so plentiful, cheap and BIG!!
We stopped at Chuckanut Valley (yes, that really is its name. There is also a Chuckanut Mountain, Chuckanut Ridge and Chuckanut Bay) to finish off the last of our fruit before crossing into Canada.
As it turns out we needn't have bothered as there seems to be no concerns about produce crossing the border. All they did was scan our passports, ask if we had any weapons and wave us through. You don't even have to leave your car.
Once in Canada it was pretty hard to tell we were in a different country. Everything looks the same as the US, although they must get a bit more rain this side of the border as everything looks greener.
